At Activus Capital, our mission is to deliver independent, high-conviction corporate advice that helps a select group of clients execute their capital program and growth strategy with confidence.
Activus Capital was created to close a gap we kept seeing in the market.
High-potential businesses with real momentum, but without a trusted, independent partner to turn strategy into capital and execution.
We’re a corporate advisory and market development firm helping dynamic companies scale through capital, strategic partnerships and structured market access, often including territory and distribution arrangements.
Our team brings deep experience across investment banking, private equity, venture capital, asset management and corporate leadership combining strategic clarity with practical execution to accelerate growth and build enduring value.

We partner with our select group of clients with a strategic, long term, sustainable value focus.

We combine local knowledge with international experience and access, bringing global standards, networks and best practice to every mandate.

We apply rigorous decision making and risk frameworks with clear accountability. Our objective is to provide a process and standard of advice that clients can rely on.
We support and advise investor ready capital raises aligned to long-term value, sourced from institutional, family office and strategic capital:
We engage in senior led sell side and buy side advisory, with disciplined execution from valuation through to financial close:
We advise on cross-border growth and market entry, aligning strategy, counterparties and deal structures to support successful expansion into new regions:
We structure and negotiate joint ventures, strategic alliances and commercial partnerships that unlock new distribution, technology or capital relationships:
We provide ongoing strategic and capital support to strengthen execution readiness and accelerate growth:
We start with a clear assessment of your objectives, constraints, and current positioning.
We design the strategy and deal structure, capital pathway, terms, governance, timetable and target investor universe for execution. We refine the equity story and rationale, develop key materials, strategy and messaging required to engage the right counterparties.
We manage processes end-to-end, including investor and counterplay engagement, structuring and negotiation.
We remain involved through completion and beyond, supporting implementation, integration and ongoing strategic decision-making as a relationship focused adviser.
